In fact, the last time I used my full name, Henrietta, was during my years training as a dancer. In those days, I was determined to get the most out of my body, but with little nutritional guidance available, I had to rely on youth, sheer determination and some questionable meals of egg whites and raw garlic.
An injury led me to pivot into law, becoming a solicitor—but it was when I started my family that I acted on my true calling in nutrition, a subject so close to my heart.
Hi, I'm Henri

I trained at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition, though my three-year course stretched into six as life threw some unexpected challenges my way—namely, my third baby and a cancer diagnosis. Overnight, I was plunged into menopause, becoming my own case study. Fortunately, my studies gave me the knowledge to adjust my diet and lifestyle, helping me manage my symptoms naturally.
Now, I’m here to help you do the same
so you can feel your best, naturally and with confidence.

How I can help you
All my packages contain:

A minimum of three sessions over 12 weeks, giving you the time and support needed to make lasting changes and see real progress.

A deep dive into your health from every angle. I won’t just ask what you eat—I want the full picture! That includes sleep, stress, relaxation, exercise, health conditions, medications, and supplements.

Based on your health questionnaire and our first session, you'll receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your needs.

If appropriate, I may recommend supplements, which you can purchase at a discount.

I may also suggest GP or functional testing and interpret the results at a follow-up appointment.
